Smart sensors are like wearing a health watch to the motor, regularly and accurately monitoring motor operation and health data, and sending the data to a secure cloud server through a smartphone. Subsequently, the data is calculated and analyzed through algorithms accumulated by ABB for decades, and the analysis results are pushed to the user's smartphone terminal or user-exclusive platform. Once a motor problem is detected, the system will send an early warning message to the customer. This smart sensor can reduce unplanned downtime by up to 70%, extend motor life by up to 30%, and improve energy efficiency by up to 10%. Seven new products of CNNC Sufa passed the national appraisal
